Can I invest today?
No. Ownside is in development. The waitlist records interest; it is not an investment offer, a reservation or a commitment to invest. We’ll share more when there are concrete next steps.
Is this club equity or a fan token?
The proposed investment would give you a financial interest in a club’s shares, held through a nominee. Tokens would record those interests; the offer documents would define any voting rights, payments or other rights.
Could I sell my investment later?
We plan to explore a way for investors to resell their interests through authorised trading services. The specific investment would need to be accepted for trading, the necessary agreements would need to be in place, and an eligible buyer would need to be available. A sale, its timing and its price cannot be guaranteed.
Who would be eligible?
That would depend on where you live, the investment offered and the rules that apply. Individual investors may be able to take part where permitted, after the required checks. Joining the waitlist does not confirm eligibility.
What are the risks?
You could lose some or all of the money you invest. Club finances and business performance can affect the investment; sporting success does not guarantee financial returns. You may be unable to sell when you want to, and new shares issued by the club could reduce your share of ownership.
